Mr. Woods has tried cases in
federal and state courts involving such diverse subject matters
as product liability, breach of contract, fraud, construction
law and numerous family law topics. His business litigation
experience includes shareholders' rights, terms and conditions
of employment, enforcement and defense of employment restrictions, professional liability
as well as numerous and varied contractual disputes. His varied real estate practice includes eminent domain, zoning, and contractor/developer liability matters. His family
law cases often involve the valuation of business interests,
including professional practices. Subjects of his reported
family law cases include the enforceability of post-nuptial
agreements, spousal support rights after traumatic injuries,
and the determination of marital/separate property rights
in lengthy marriages.
