PROFILE
Mr. Flynn joined the firm as an associate in 2007. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Indiana University School of Law in 2005. He served as an articles editor of the Indiana Law Journal and received CALI Academic Excellence awards for Law & Economics and Land Use Controls. He graduated with honors from Earlham College in 2005.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Flynn clerked with the Office of General Counsel for the United Auto Workers International Union and with the Indiana Civil Liberties Union. He also started the Tenants Initiative Project which is a legal clinic cosponsored by Indiana University School of Law and Indiana Legal Services that provides low-income tenants with legal assistance. After graduating from law school in 2005, Mr. Flynn engaged in the private practice of law principally involved in insurance coverage disputes and civil litigation.
